Russian tourist invitation is required for most nationals to be able to apply for a visa to travel to Russia on tourism. The document is a PDF file in A4 format. It contains information such as your name, nationality, date of travel, purpose of travel, cities to visit in Russia, hotel or Airbnb and host organization details. You will have to submit a copy of the Russian tourist invitation (aslo called Russian tourist voucher) at the consulate. Some of the information on the document will be used to fill the online visa application form.
The Russian tourist invitation letter could be for single entry or double entry into Russia.

The confirmation or voucher number is the unique number of your invitation. It is on the right part of the tourist voucher.
The reference number is the number by which the tour operator is registered. It is the number after “PTO”.
Aim tourism is a trip of 7 days or less. The purpose of the short visit may be for a business-related purpose, for the purpose of participating in exhibitions or to seek medical examination or medical advice.
