Russian visa application requirements for Tourist Visa

1. You need a valid passport. The expiry date on the passport should be more than 6 months from the date of your departure from Russia. The passport must have at least one blank page where the visa will be pasted.

2. As part of the Russian visa application requirements, you need an invitation letter. You may have seen it being referred to as a tourist voucher, a tourist invitation letter, visa support, or a confirmation letter; they all refer to the same document. 6. For some countries, the Russian consulate may require your bank statements for the last 6 months bearing your bank stamp.

7. For some countries, hotel booking and flight reservations may be presented as part of the Russian visa application requirements.

Russian Tourist Invitation

The 2nd type is an invitation on the letterhead of the company authorized by the Russian Migration Service.
